Jumping rope get me a flat stomach?
i’m slim everywhere but my stomach(i know you can’t spot reduce)
but if i jump rope for 1 hour, with stopping for a couple seconds to get water or when i miss, for 5 days a week how long will it take for me to get a flat stomach.
what else should i do? I’m 14 (no PILLS) and 97 pounds and 5 foot
i try to keep a healthy diet, but i’m not really sure how
i’m 14 years old don’t tell me to try pills
don’t bleave that colon cleanse junk……try it for every other day that’s the best..jump rope is a very good way..and also a bike..or fast walking around the neighborhood ..anything to keep your heart rate up..will do wonders..jumping jacks does good also
change it around so you don’t get board.doing the same thing ..and also doing the same thing your body will get use doing that…….and stop burning calories..so change it up for couple of days and then go back..you catch my drift
try a multivitamin that helps with alot of things just to keep up your vitamins that your body needs.to help w/ anything you need..esp if your noyt getting the vitamins and stuff from your food..go ask your mom if you have any multivitamin around..
