		<description>I looked at myself in the mirror and I didn&#039;t like what I saw,  I counted calories and only ate 500-800 cals a day, drink plenty of fluids though! Lots of water! within a year I lost 30 lbs and kept it off. I feel a whole lot better! It&#039;s hard at first but it gets easier as the time goes by, I hope I helped!</description>

Plus I ate lightly. I ate things like salad. You can eat all the salad you want. (oatmeal , baked fish, and Special K ceral are great when trying 2 cut back)</description>

		<description>lol i go quite easy with that... but i dont have to loose weight :d i am a basketball player and im 173cm (13 years) and 60 kg pretty good, coz im not fat at all... even some abs are on the way :D
but all you have to do is think that a chocolate is just going to give you short term pleasure while when your slim you will get guys like a magnet!</description>
