Looking to make my stomach flat..how should I excersise,eat,etc.? [DONT TELL ME ABOUT SOME DIET PILL,IDC]?
I am 13 yrs old, 4"10 and about 95 lbs. Im fine with the rest of my body but I want to make my stomach flat. I want to do this in about 4 months,so what should I do?
go to youtube learn some belly dancing moves do it for an hour. i did it 2 days and i noticed a flatter stomach 3 days later. continued doing it and lost the last 10 pounds with it!
i know it Sounds stupid but hey it worked for me!
you cant target a specific place, so you’ll have to lose it all over.
but dont worry, it can be done before april.
do lots of cardio– running, jogging, swimming– its the best thing you can do.
do varieties of crunches and limit your cals to 1200-1500 a day.
eat right.
exercise.
