need good ways to loose weight/ get a flatter stomach without pills?
ok well i want to loose some weight and to try get a flatter stomach but i dont want to put any pills into my body as ive heard that they can do bad things to your body so does anyone have anygood ways of loosing some tummy flab

This is a common problem. It really boils down to your body type and motivation levels.
Diet: As a GENERAL rule you want to do a well balanced diet, I recommend body for life (search for it) as it teaches you how to EAT not how to DIET. Big difference. You can ENJOY eating still! For me, thats huge.
