i usually jog for 20 minutes 5 times a week. but i don’t hard jog, i just jog softly cause i have asthma . so anyway, how much should i jog for to lose belly fat in 2 months?

um i think maybe u should increase your time or at least add a mile or two morea day.. and
not only excersie but ALSo diet.. will help ypu with that.. try foing sit ups 200 a day.. that will tone it up..
