Simple exercises to get a fast metabolism and get a flatter stomach, other than sit ups.?
anything that can;
- tone my stomach
- lose some weight
- make me have a faster metabolism
that would be heaps of help.
plus, how can I stop feeling hungry all the time even when I am full?
Running, whether it’s a game of sport, laps of an oval or just around the block.
Skipping. It’s amazing how tiring it is just after one minute.
Push-ups. If you want an even harder workout, do push-ups on 2 basketballs or soccer balls.
Eat often in small, healthy portions.
Martial arts. Don’t know why, but it worked for me.
Basically, eating anything that tastes bad or doing anything that makes your body ache.
sex and masturbation. It’s true.
plyometrics, bag drills, weight lifting will increase your metabolism but you will gain some weight, cardio,
also eat in small amounts often; this will get your body used to eating often and will burn up more food (takes a few days to get going).
if your hungry really often try protein. Since i started training I’m hungry about 5 minutes after every meal. I started doing a couple protein shake a day and this seems to help a lot (at least i don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to eat as much)

First in order to stop feeling hungry all the time even when you are full I suggest that you change your diet to a more nutrient dense, varied balanced diet. I recommend this creditable site: http://www.healthcastle.com/
You will need to do cardio for a faster metabolism (the new eating habits will help as well). However you should do low intensity exercise to burn mainly fat and high intensity exercise to burn all carbohydrates. (Fats and Carbs are your friend! Please remember this…moderation is the key.)
Perhaps yoga or pilates will help you tone your stomach. Also since you are a female (I am assuming by your picture) I would suggest also including some resistance training especially for lower body (leg press, etc) to help prevent osteoporosis. Good luck.
Walking. Half hour a day. It’s not complicated, and easy. Do it for a week and you’ll notice results. Continue afterward.
