If i eat 3meals a day and snack on fruit and go swimming for 1hour a day how much weight wil i lose?

I have a somewhat chubby stomach, skinny arms, okay thighs& big boobs.
How can I keep my thighs and boobs the same but get a flat stomach and bigger arms?

I want a flat stomach (i have a little bit of fat) but I also want to be healthy. I eat rice pretty much everyday, how much cooked rice should i eat each meal? & how much/what should I eat for side dishes?

I have been trying to lose weight since April and have accomplished losing 30 lbs. I weigh 316 pounds and am 5′6" tall. I am eating 1500 calories per day. I walk 10000 steps, or 2 to 3 miles per day. Should I eat more than 1500 calories to be healthy? I have been getting hungry pains in my stomach and have also been very tired lately. I am wondering if I am not taking in enough calories because of the number of calories I am burning. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

So i’ve been trying to lose weight and get a flatter stomach/abs for quite a while now.. i try to do crunches & situps, but i pretty much suck…i live in an apartment so it’s kinda small, and we have a "gym" but i get really self concious..

SOO what can i do IN (key word..IN) my apartment (with no stairs) to lose some weight (besides running around) and get a flatter stomach?

BTW, i am a vegetarian, so no meat/fish/poultry..but i tend to splurge on the carbs and sugar, to fill me up.. any diet plans/ideas? (i’ve been drinking alot of water lately too)
oh yeah, and on my tummy, i have that little curve under my belly – i dont know if its extra skin or fat or whatever, but i KNOW its get-rid-able

so how do i get rid of that?!

It’s winter now and it’s not so hot so i wanted to lose the fat that is on my stomach so i can look
good in the summer/spring. How do i do that? How long would it take? People tell me to do crunches and lift weights and do lots of cardio but i don’t know what to believe!

I am 6′5" i weigh 315 pounds. I do have a large frame and you wouldn’tt gues i was that heavy. I just started working out… I am doing around 45 minutes on a treadmill twice a day and i am trying to eat no more than around 1200 calories a day… Is this a good way for me to lose around the 80 pounds i have to lose… I was also wondering how tape weight works.

We eat pretty good at home, but he snacks too much & eats too much fast food at work. He doesnt have many options for a healthy lunch
My husband is really tall with a huge frame a very large chest & arms which are tone. His belly is too round & his butt & thighs are HUGE, even when he was skinny he always had a huge butt (runs in the family lol)
What would be the best way for him to tighten his belly & possibly loose the butt.

Me on the other hand, am very tiny, but still have a bit of a pouchy belly from my 3 yr old & 1 yr old. So I told him we would start working out together.

Now, I don’t want exactly want to lose weight. I just want a flatter stomach. I have sort of have bad posture that causes me to have a little tiny bit of a gut. But I am skinny, and I’m happy with my weight. I just want a flatter stomach, one the i don’t have to suck in all the time.

I have an overhanging stomach, but I’ve never been preggo or anything.
I’m currently 171lbs in this video; which was my weight on Sunday, Oct 13. How many lbs do you think I have to lose to lose the overhang? Not completely flat and perfect, but just enough to get rid of that.

I’m 165cm & 56kg female. Waist line is 32cm. other part of my body it look normal just having a big tummy. It look as though I’m a few month pregnant but I’m positive NOT pregnant.

Every time after meal my tummy will swollen. Even if I’m thirsty I gulp lots of water in one time my tummy will be swollen as well.

Beside exercise or balance diet what else I can do just to have a flat tummy??? Tired product to reduce my tummy fats but cant help much.
