My stomach has like bump under the belly button that looks like fat but it isnt i know it isnt. I am going to a swimming party that is huge next year and need to know. Its like its all flat and it comes to the belly button and then under is like a fatter portion of stomach than the rest im confused how can i get rid of it.

I don’t really have a problem getting my lower stomach into shape, but I can’t lose the fat from the section right above my belly button. What kind of specific exercises can be used to get rid of that? I already do lots and lots of sit-ups/crunches (both with my legs in the air and on the ground) but I can’t seem to get rid of that!

Any ideas? May be Pills? Doctors?

No, I have never had a c section before, and have never given birth. I always thought that this line was from where my pants sit on me, but I’ve noticed that not all girls have this line below the belly button a tad. It makes me sort of self-conscious when I know I shouldn’t be. On the lines that it looks like I way more than I do. Any help would be much appreciated.

I used to have a perfectly flat stomach before my baby was born in January, I had a c section, I’ve been doing a lot of exersise but I’m far from a flat tummy I can’t seem to get rid of all th doughy skin below my belly button, It really look awful when I sit down, I just want my sexy tummy back! so if anyone has been successful at getting there tummy’s back please let me know what worked for you, I also have awful love handles that did not exist before my baby, I’m so unhappy about this

I had a baby almost two years ago but the lower stomach fat has never went away. I only weigh about 118 and im about 5"7. Im actually pretty skinny except my stomach pokes out at the bottom and I look pregnant because I am so skinny. How can I loose that little bit of fat in my stomach? Exercising doesnt work. i dont want to lose weight every where. Just in my lower stomach right underneath my belly button.

so i’ve been working out for 9 months and have lost 40 pounds and my stomach is big still…the bottom is about 33 inches around middle(like between bottom and belly button) is 32 inches and around belly button is 31 inches and my waist is 26 inches.

ugh i usually eat super healthy and work out at least 4 times a week

Ok, I have this trip to the beach coming up in April, and the part of my stomach below my belly button is not what I would like it to look. I want it to be flat. I have tryed doing sit ups, but i get so frusturated because I dont see results, my abs just hurt for a couple of days. Im not trying to get a 6 pack or anything, I just want a flat stomach. Any suggestions of what to do?

I want to get a belly button piercing but i want to tone my stomach and loose some weight off my stomach before I get it pierced.
