what is the best way to lose belly fat?
me and my cousin want to lose our belly fat, and we really want an hourglass body shaped like beyonce. and possibly get a booty like j-lo ….i really need some GREAT advise. and please dont say do crunches.

i’ve been told by people that i have a butt like the singer beyonce. BUt i would love to get a super flat stomach like hers…does ayone know some excersises i can do to get a washboard stomach without losing weight on my butt.
