What should I do to get a nice firm and toned stomach and abdominal muscles before its beach weather and time to wear a bikini again?

I need specific exercises to follow or anything that will help.
Please do not suggest diet pills or any of that.

Can anyone help?
Also, school softball starts in about a month so that’ll help.

I am 13 yrs old 4′10 and weigh 98lbs. I am in 8th grade and we have a pool party as a year end party. I have about 8 months to get a flat stomache. I want to be bikini ready! If u can give me sum tips.

I’m pretty skinny, but I wouldn’t say that my stomach is the flattest thing. It’s not terrible or anything, but I want a perfectly flat stomach so I don’t need to worry while wearing a bikini. What’s the best way to flatten it?

I am 6′ and approx. 65kgs and I run 3.6km almost every day and eat healthily (the majority of the time).
I wish to have a flat stomach (or have small abs – feminine) so I look great in a bikini this coming summer.

Hey guys, okay so, i have until this friday to look good in a bikini. and i have love handles,and belly fat, but all last week, i was eating healthy, and doing abs every morning, afternoon, and night. i’ve noticed a slight difference. but is there any way at all that i can lose it? Thank you.

I have lost quite a bit of weight but I still have love handles. They aren’t really noticeable unless I’m wearing a bikini (which is why I don’t wear one that often in front of people). What are some work outs that will help me to be rid of those?

I have a little "pouch" of fat on my lower stomach. When I flex my stomach it is completely hard except for the lower stomach part. I am 5′6 and about 125 pounds, I don’t think that is overweight, but I just don’t want to have a non-flat stomach when I wear a bikini.
