what is the fastest way to loose stomach fat?
sit up or what..please help…im 26 years old and use to drink a lot of beer..now i dont but im left with belly fat..fyi..i use to be a male model..blah blah now i have to start woring again in 3 weeks but they dont know im "fat now..any advice,,i need to get rid of this fat fastttt
