How do you lose weight when you don’t care second try?
I know all about how to lose weight, and why I should for health reasons, I know about "it’s a lifestyle change" and everything, eat over a twenty minute period, chew your food so many times, eat stuff with less trans fat, pay attention to you calorie count, don’t eat empty calories. I was a medic in the army. I just don’t have the motivation to do it. How do you inspire yourself to change your lifestyle? Especially when you are addicted to eating. I know that I use food as a friend, and I also know that I need to start running again or some type of excercise. I just need to know how to get past my vicious lazy streak, and out of my comfort zone with nothing pushing on me.
