How to lose weight going from a raw vegan diet to a meat eating diet?
I was recently put on a high protein- meat eating diet because of my Anemia.
I am afraid I will be gaining weight since I had been a raw vegan for several months prior. I don’t know how to control this fear; my entire day revolves around the calorie intake I take in now, and if it has fat, sugar, and what not. It’s really frustrating.
Can someone give me some healthy eating tips eating normal food? So I can still lose weight?
How often should I eat?

how slowly do i need to increase my caloric intake and still lose weight?
i need to increase my calorie intake by 200 calories because my intake is too low

should i do like an extra 50 calories every day of the week one week
or should i do like an extra 50 calories 3 days of the week and then the next week 50 extra calories the whole week and keep on increasing like that?

how can i lose belly fat without losing weight?
I weigh like 115 pounds and i am 5"2 . i want to lose my belly fat but not lose weight. any suggestions? BTW if i lessen my calorie intake and do no exercise will that cut the belly fat down?

how many calories do i need to eat to lose weight?
I’m 5’5" and currently weight 230lbs. Obviously this is a dangerous and unhealthy weight to be at so I want to start lowering my calorie intake to lose some of this weight. I want to get down to 180lbs by at least December, that’s six months from now and 50 lbs to shed. So, I’m wondering how many calories do i have to eat to lose those 50lbs in six months?
