I ant a flat belly, I do 100 situps everday and I burn 1000 calories on my indoor bicycle. 5′3 and 138 pounds and i’m using my cycle thing to lose weight but my legs are getting thicker and I dont want it to!!!What should i do…btw the cycle thing is my only workout equipment?

I am 5′10, 185 lbs, 17-18 percent body fat…. i eat 1500-1800 calories a day. I do cardio daily 30-45 mins on bike varying intensitys. I lift 5-6 days a week alternating body positions for about 30-45 mins. I lost 30 lbs in the past 2-3 months. My ulitmate goal is to get a six pack by April. Is this possible if i continue at this rate?

i’m 5′2 about a 110 pounds so obviously i’m not very big. i run at least a mile everyday but i eat a lot of fast food. i would like to have a flat stomach because i do have a little bit of a pooch along with a little love-handle action goin’ on. i don’t know how to determine calories or any of the nutrition facts. so what specific foods would be ideal to eat to reach my goal of a flat stomach? and also, what specific exercises would help?

I am 6′5" i weigh 315 pounds. I do have a large frame and you wouldn’tt gues i was that heavy. I just started working out… I am doing around 45 minutes on a treadmill twice a day and i am trying to eat no more than around 1200 calories a day… Is this a good way for me to lose around the 80 pounds i have to lose… I was also wondering how tape weight works.

I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me. But with my diet, how can I lose all that gross flab? Running? Walking? Jogging?

im dieting and only eating 3 meal a day which on average is about 500-600 calories and drinking 1 litre or more of water. i do 20 min on my stepper and 10 min boxing on the wii fit.I am losing weight but not from my tummy it is still big how could i get a more flatter tummy

i work out pretty much every day, treadmill thirty minutes burning 300 calories, usually 3.5 speed 15 incline, then stretch, some crunches, few pushups, lift weights, i thought it was all in the cardio. first u have to burn off that layer of fat and i cant seem to do that no matter what i do ive drastically cut my calories to like 1500-1700 and that might be an over estimate i usually just drink ensure instead of eat a lot look heres pics how far am i away from looking decent? what am i doing wrong? im really confused. http://tinypic.com/r/5vnchu/4

OK I am a 13 year old girl and i weigh 154 pounds. I was starting on a steady diet but then my doctor told me i had way to high cholesterol for my age (190 when it should be 160) will dieting and exercising an hour a day (which is how i burn 500 calories a day)? oh and still answer the top question please lol

I have 12% body fat and I’m working towards 7% by May. I am also 15 years old. I work out 5 times a week switching between cardio and weight lifting. Here’s an example of what I ate today.

Breakfast- Protein shake made with soy milk, 2 eggs (whites only), 60 calorie yogurt.
Snack- Fiber Plus granola bar (120 calories, 4g. fat, 7g. sugar)
Lunch- Banana, salad (light on ranch), carrots (light on ranch), and a buffalo chicken wrap (chicken, lettuce, light cheese, light ranch)
Snack- Apple
Dinner- Soft beef taco (all natural from farm beef, small amount of spanish rice, and lettuce)

I’m trying so hard to get this flat stomach. Is my diet sabotaging it?
