I’m really thin and am trying to put on a little weight, but it all goes to my stomach. It’s weird, then only fat I have on my body is on my stomach. How can I get a flat ‘tummy’ while still putting on weight else where.
Currently I do 30 minutes of cardio and some weight training.

About how many crunches per day? How many minutes of cardio? What kind of cardio??

I’m 5′1 and I weigh 94 pounds. I know I’m not fat but I’ve notice that my stomach isnt at all toned. I dont have any fancy ab machines. Haha!

What do you think I can do to have toned waist? Do you guys have any cardio/ab workout plans I can possibly try?

Btw, my friends and I are planning to start exercising but we dont know where to begin ! help?

im 16 yrs old and i weigh 155 lbs and i have been doing 30 mins cardio everyday for the past month and i havent seen anything and i have lower stomach fat and i want to loose that to get a flat six pack stomach…i have been doing ab exercises and stuff how can i loose it?

It’s winter now and it’s not so hot so i wanted to lose the fat that is on my stomach so i can look
good in the summer/spring. How do i do that? How long would it take? People tell me to do crunches and lift weights and do lots of cardio but i don’t know what to believe!

If I do 1 hour cardio on the bike at fast speed (i burn about 700 cal), my diet is healthy and i do 100 crunches a day how long would it take for my stomach to get flatter?

Hello. So I know that in order to get rid of love handles you also need to do cardio. But what are some floor exercises I can do that will help get rid of them? I only have a very small amount of fat there. Because I am actually rather on the slim side (5′7" approx. 122lbs) but I believe that I can still get them a little thinner. :P Help please!

I work out 3 times a week (cardio in the morning before I eat and muscles before dinner) but I find that the belly fat is quite hard to lose.
What are some good ways (diet, excerise etc…) to get rid of the belly fat?

i work out pretty much every day, treadmill thirty minutes burning 300 calories, usually 3.5 speed 15 incline, then stretch, some crunches, few pushups, lift weights, i thought it was all in the cardio. first u have to burn off that layer of fat and i cant seem to do that no matter what i do ive drastically cut my calories to like 1500-1700 and that might be an over estimate i usually just drink ensure instead of eat a lot look heres pics how far am i away from looking decent? what am i doing wrong? im really confused. http://tinypic.com/r/5vnchu/4

My basketball season is beginning soon and I realize ive been really lazy for quite a while. I need to get fit again and at the same time lose belly fat and tone my arms, and abs. If cardio is recommended how long every day should I be doing it for? I am willing to put time into it and im quite determined. I have about 4 months to get back into shape.
Suggestions?

I’m a 16 years old boy and between march and july i lost just over 2 stone and have maintained a weight since then of about 10′7 – 10′12 stone! The problem is over the last 3 weeks or so ive been going to the gym 3 times a week doing a mix of cardio and weights for hour sessions, and making sure i eat 3 healthy meals a day, and i just cant get a flatter stomach or chest. the rest of my body is slim like arms and legs, but my stomach and chest are really pudgy. What should i do to help get towards a 6 pack stomach rather than a pregnancy stomach lol!

I have 12% body fat and I’m working towards 7% by May. I am also 15 years old. I work out 5 times a week switching between cardio and weight lifting. Here’s an example of what I ate today.

Breakfast- Protein shake made with soy milk, 2 eggs (whites only), 60 calorie yogurt.
Snack- Fiber Plus granola bar (120 calories, 4g. fat, 7g. sugar)
Lunch- Banana, salad (light on ranch), carrots (light on ranch), and a buffalo chicken wrap (chicken, lettuce, light cheese, light ranch)
Snack- Apple
Dinner- Soft beef taco (all natural from farm beef, small amount of spanish rice, and lettuce)

I’m trying so hard to get this flat stomach. Is my diet sabotaging it?
