what motivates you to lose weight and stick to it?
i started running awhile back to get in shape for my deb. although i didn’t think it was working as much i would have liked it too i got lots of comments saying i had lost weight from random people and family.
after the deb i stopped and can’t get that motivation back even though i have reasons to want it.
i went through a breakup not so long ago and i really wanted to lose weight and look good.
how do i get motivated to do it again? and stick to it?
