any good diets, & exercises to do to get rid of stomach fat?

i am skinny and semi-athletic. but i want a flat stomach, but i dont want to lose too much other weight bc i only weigh 100 lbs. (no im not aneorexic, im just petite) sit ups dont really work for me. any tips?( diets, sleeping on your stomach?)

im about 5′10" – 5′11" and 198 lbs. is it possible to get a six pack or flat stomach in six weeks? ive lifted wieghts in the past im not that badly out of shape right now, i could probobly do about 27 pushups. diets and routines would be extremely appreciated. thank you very much.

Hi everyone. I’m 5′6 and i’m about 162. 5 months or so ago i used to be 180 so since then i’ve lost 20 lbs, but for the past month or two i’ve lost basically nothing. I eat healthy most of the time and always work out. I sleep well and drink lots of water. How can I lose weight fast without the systems, diets, or pills? I know everything that your suppose to know about weight lose, but for me nothings happening.

I’m 17 and overweight. I want to lose about 2 stone in weight fast. I HATE vegetables, fish , salads and nuts. Everytime I look at diets on magazines it says to eat all this stuff. I generally dislike healthy foods so this is really hard for me to achieve. I rely mostly on fast food and foods high in carbs and fat. I keep gaining weight and I’m obsessed with looking at peoples figures and it really depresses me that I’m heavy. I would love to have a completely flat stomach and toned body. I don’t know how to get this when I dislike alot of foods that are good for me. I am also studying for my A levels this year so I have hardly any time to exercise. I’m in school 4 days a week from 8 in the morning to 8.30 at night. I find it really hard to focus on losing weight and studying. I also have no motivation or will power. I really want to be thinner and I think i’d gain alot more confidence if i was thinner also. I want to avoid taking dieting pills or any weight loss suplements. I know this is probably impossible to find but if anyone has any solutions or knows about any diets suitable, leave me know. Thanks :)

I want to have a flat slim stomach i am 18 5′8 and weigh about 140lbs or less. I am just wondering if there are any work outs or diets i can do to have to make the process faster… The main focus is the stomach though… I would also like to have a more appealing chest… lol

ive tryed diets but i couldnt follow them because i ad nothing to follow
i want a diverse list of foods that i can eat and i would like to have fast food once every week or so (if its possible)

I am pretty skinny and in a size 8 jeans, but i still have the belly fat that is making everything tight.

I’m only 14, but I want abs or just a really flat stomach. I guess I’d be willing to go on somewhat of a diet but nothing crazy. I do 5 different kind of abs exercises everyday 20 each (so, 100 total). And I don’t really see that much of a result. I want to be healthy, and I want a flat stomach/abs. Any advice? Tips? Diets?

My legs are not fat at all, it’s just muscle. But, the muscle makes my thighs and calfs (spelling?) huge. How can I make my calfs and thighs thinner?

My stomach isn’t fat either. I just have a gut. I can just bend over a little and you can definitely see I have a gut. How can I make my stomach flatter?

My mom has recognized that she should lose weight, I just need her to be around for when I get married.. grandchildren etc. Are there any tricks to helping her eat better and move more without her realizing she’s on an actually plan? She’s tried diets and Weight watchers but she cant stick with it please help

im not exactly fat, but im very self consious. summer is coming, we all know. and im dreading it. any body fat i have is carried in my stomach area. im called chicken legs. i have tiny legs and all but my stomach has extra weight. i dont want a amazing super model body but i just want a flat stomach.

Ok, so im 14 and practically 5 ft tall (yea im short but im asian) and I have this HUGE problem with my belly. Its Fat. Well.. not THAT fat but enough for me to look funny in a tube top. Also my thighs are kinda chubby too. Any ideas of how i can lose fat from those areas? Excercises preferably. No diets! Haha. Thanks guys! <3

I only need to loose the fat in my arms, back area ( love handles ) and stomach, other than that I would be close to perfection ( the healthy version ) so what exercises are there that are perfect for these areas. I’ve tried to do research but all these damn loose weight scam diets keep popping up. any help please?

ya, i’m 5′2 and i’m 124 pounds. I’ve been trying to lose weight. I’ve been swimming, eating less, eating fruits and vegetables but i’m not losing much weight. could u suggest methods to make me lose weight quickly. any good diets that help me lose weight fast. Thanks for helping!
