Is this a good way to lose belly fat?
I weigh 175 and my height is 5 feet 4 inches. Everyday I play tennis for an hour, and sometimes i play softball at night. 2 days ago i started doing crunches at night( i did 75 each night) and i will continue doing 75 each night to lose belly fat. I know how to eat healthy so please don’t give me any of that information. So, Is this a good way to get rid of belly fat?

how do i loose stomach fat only?
i know targeted weight loss is impossible. but my body’s is weird!
i’m 16 male. am 6ft 4inches and weigh about 11 1/2 stone. my BMI is about 22 or 21
my arms are super skinny!!! i look anorexic! but my stomach has a flabby layer of fat that makes a fat flap when i sit down. i really want a 6 pack. but HOW do i loose the fat on my stomach without.. well i dunno… dying of underweight. my body is so annoying! sure it burns the fat on my arms so they are like twigs, but my stomach is fat galore!!!
please tell me how to BURN FAT around my stomach. because a cardio workout just seems to take fat from everywhere else but there!! and doing crunches seems to make my abs strong, but not burn the surrouning fat.

How can I lose belly fat without burning fat anywhere else?
I keep hearing that you need to burn fat along with doing crunches to lose belly fat. I have been naturaly extremely thin most of my life and in the last couple years have started putting on some weight. I love my body much better now that i have weight on but now I have a belly. Im going on vacation soon and would love to show off the figure that i now have but not with my belly like this. Im scared if I excercise, jog, situps and crunches etc. to lose the belly fat I will end up losing weight in other places also. Any ideas?

Wat can I do to get a flat stomach in 3 months>naturally?
So far I have been eating junk food in moderation and I have been doing crunches on the ball and doing stair walks as cardio for 15-20 mins.I see results but I am scared its just my mind
