What excercises and food should I do/eat to get skinny legs and a flat stomach? It is winter and is cold outside and I can only go to YMCA 1-3 times a week, so excercises i can do at my house and what machines to go on at the Y?
I am 16 years old, male, 6′4 and weigh 170 pounds. I am kinda skinny on my whole body except around my stomach i have some fat that i don’t like. I wanna get rid of it so i can achieve my goal of getting close to a six pack before school starts up again in 3 months. I am in a gym, and i heard that one of the best ways to lose this fat is to jog on tredmill. Does anyone know any specific excercises besides tredmill that would help me get to my goal? And how long should I jog on a tredmill per session? Also, what type of foods should i be eating? I dont wanna lose weight and get skinnier, I wanna get bigger/get more mass and i want to get that fat off my belly. Thanks in advance.

I have been doing excercises with the bender ball for about a week and my tummy is already looking good. I do the excercises at night, and in the morning my stomatch looks great! But by the end of the day, it looks very bloated and…not great anymore. So how do I keep my tummy looking great 24/7?
Well I do not think I am fat, but I want to lose some fat in my belly area and my arm area. I want to get ripped forearms. I need to know some ways to loose some stomach fat and some leg mass. I am getting a ring right above my hips of extra fat. Also my thighs from all the swimming I do are very muscular. Now I am a ballerina so I can’t be doing excericises that are going to make me look like a soccer player. Excercises and food suggestions would be good. I need some help looking like a ballerina again.
