Im 13 and I weigh 113. Im not fat but I want a flat stomach . Im in sports and I don’t seem to lose weight, any tips? Maybe a diet or extra exersise?
I used to have a perfectly flat stomach before my baby was born in January, I had a c section, I’ve been doing a lot of exersise but I’m far from a flat tummy I can’t seem to get rid of all th doughy skin below my belly button, It really look awful when I sit down, I just want my sexy tummy back! so if anyone has been successful at getting there tummy’s back please let me know what worked for you, I also have awful love handles that did not exist before my baby, I’m so unhappy about this
