I’m seventeen, fairly thin. 101 pounds. But i have some extra flab on my stomach. I don’t want to be anorexic skinny.. i’m happy with my curves. I just want to have a nice stomach… Will running, or going for walks help this or no? I know sit ups will help, but i have a very bad back so it hurts to do sit ups. What can i do to help this, in a healthy way without pills etc.
Here’s what I mean. I’m 4 ft 11.5 inches tall. Yeah, I’m not pretty tall, lol. I used to weigh 134 lbs. The extra weight was killing me! I was always feeling tired and my knees were hurting a lot. With diet and exercise I’m down to 119. I feel much better, and my body has made quite a transformation. However, I still have some flab on my tummy. Will doing ab exercises everyday do the trick? I don’t want to lose more weight and end up looking sick skinny. Also with the weight I’ve already lost, my butt is kinda disappearing too, lol. It looks nice, but still needs a little work. That’s another reason I don’t want to lose more weight. Can anyone give me some pointers in the getting fit in the right places?? Thank you.

I am 13 and i am VERY active but i still have some belly fat. it doesnt show too much through my shirts but there is a little bulge. But im not like totally fat. Is having a little flab a turnoff to a guy??????????
I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me. But with my diet, how can I lose all that gross flab? Running? Walking? Jogging?

ok so i am 5′11 and i weigh 160 pounds. im 16 years old. im not fat at all but i am a pretty big kid. i am average. i do have a bit of flab though i do want to burn off in the gut section and i wouldnt mind burning off just a little bit of flab in the upper section. what can i do to do this. i dont mind putting on muscle but what i really want to do is just get rid of the little bit of belly fat that i have. i know im young so i will see results quicker then older people so basically what im asking is if i run 2-3 miles a day how long do you think it will take to burn the fat off? is that even what i need to do or if i want an "in shape" look would i have to not burn the fat off but instead fill it out with muscle? please any suggestions.

So I’m 14, and I’m 5′4", and I’ve started to get a little stomach fat recently.
It looks kind of like a baby bump and that’s not something I wanna go for.
I weigh 116 as of two weeks ago.
What are ways to lose stomach fat/arm fat/and just basically get in shape?
I do crunches and stuff, and push ups, but basically, you gain muscles and they don’t show through the flab.
So how do you get rid of it?
ok, i’m dieting again because i really let myself go, but looking back at my skinny pics (when i weighed 102, and i’m 5′2) i realize i never had a flat stomach. my stomach is pretty muscular (under this flab), and i know i used to do way too many crunches. i’m just wondering, if i stop exercising (i haven’t been doing any crunches lately), or maybe if i get down to 95lbs, do you think it’s possible to lose enough muscle around my midsection that my stomach will look flat or slightly concave?
does anyone else have the same problem? i mean, it’s not like i was at all fat (at least not by my standards) but i’m wondering if i manage to go lower, if my stomach will go away? it was pretty toned. you could see the definite line down the middle.
