how can a 13 yr old get a flat tummy in a yr?
I am 13 yrs old 4’10 and weigh 98lbs. I am in 8th grade and we have a pool party as a year end party. I have about 8 months to get a flat stomache. I want to be bikini ready! If u can give me sum tips.

how do i get a flat stomach? i am skinny?
i am skinny never been fat, but the thing is my stomache is just plain lumpy… the bottom part of my stomach sticks out and the middle sucks in. is there any way to get rid of that pouch, i want a flat stomache??????????????????????
