Do you have to have a flat stomach to be fit?

I dance and jog every day, and eat a really healthy diet. Most of my body is pretty muscular but I still have the typical pooch belly and it makes me wonder if I’m just not "in shape." All the fitness women I see on TV have flat stomachs so I am not sure if it is just touch ups on TV or if fit people have flat stomachs.

How do girls keep such a flat stomach?

Im in high school and like 70% of girls have a flat stomach. Not just in school but i see a bunch of other girls that have flat stomachs to. I was wondering how do they keep it like that. Im a guy and im just wondering about this. How do they not gain weight and like half of those girls with flat stomachs barely exercise. Do they drink alot of water or something or what?

how to get a flat stomach in one week?

im fourteen, just started freshman year and all my friends have nice toned or flat stomachs; im wondering if anybody could help me get a fourpack or a flatter stomach with results in a week, i am willing to keep going if it shows results fast!!; please please help me ASAP.
