I want to loose my stomach fat. im a 13 year old girl and im in pretty good shape but i have a bit of a gut. I wouldnt say i was fat or chunky, or plump or pudgy, im just a bit soggy around the middle. i need some exercises or diet help. I am strong and a good runner so im not out of shape, just needign to get rid of the fat.
alright so im in good shape and i have a 6 pack but i wanna get it more defined and ..just better lol..i do ab workouts but i was just wondering if anyone knew of any foods or a type of diet that keeps weight off the stomach or would help me out

I have one small roll on my stomach and need to loose it in a hurry, how can i do this? Otherwise I am in pretty good shape. I just want my stomach to be completely toned, no fat what so ever. Any help would be great.
I weight 110 and have a height of 5′2. Im trying to reach at least a flat belly but not crazy. I just want to be able to be in good shape and do it in a healthy and safe way.
I’m in a good shape, I’m not fat but I’d really like to know how supermodels get that flat tummy. My ribcage pokes out, and then my stomach goes in and then back out which some people call "muscular" but I call weird…. any help/suggestions?
I am 18 and 165 pounds and workout (running/lifting) 3-4 days a week for about a hour and a half each day. Now, im in very good shape but when I was younger I was over weight and I think thats the main reason why I have a tummy. Whats a good way to get rid of this fat but at the same time keep my food intake enough to maintain/gain muscle (I only eat like 2000-2500 cal a day)
I am 5′ 5" And I weigh 138 lbs… I am going to my brother in law’s wedding in 3 weeks and would like to know how I can get a flat stomach in that short of a time. I used to have trouble gaining weight until I got married, since my wedding I’ve gained 20-25 lbs… Most people say that I needed to gain the weight; but I don’t want to loose my flat stomach and not be in good shape. Any suggestions would be appreciated

and what exercises should i do?
