How do I loose stomach and leg fat?

Im 5’4" and 137lbs. I wouldn’t say I am "fat" but I would say that my stomach and my legs are my "problem areas". I eat healthy almost all of the time (we all have a little junk food every now and then) and I exercise literally every day. I go to the gym and lift weights, and Im sore afterwords so I know that I am putting on enough weight. I also dance a lot, and I am a cheerleader. So, any help?

Will this help me get a flat stomach?

i walk/run with my dog at least 30 minutes a day and play tennis for three hours straight. half without air conditioning and half outside. we also run a lot. i dont really do much on the weekends but i eat healthy and try to stay away from junk food. what else should i do?
p.s. im not allowed to go to the gym.

How to get rid of my big stomach?

I have this stomach that sticks out to far, it horrible. i thin but my stomach sticks out. how can i get a flat stomach by halloween?
P.S.- i eat junk food but not alot of it.
I am not overweight at all. 105 which is average for my age. 14. i just need to flatten my stomach, naturally. NO PILLS OR SURGERY

flat stomach, muscle weight and healthy diet?

classic question…. i need to lose my belly fat and put some muscle on. My doctor said i should stop snacking on junk food because its the cause to my allergies so now is a good time to get fit. I’m trying to restrict myself to fruit, rice and meat. I’m also trying to eat 6 meals a day but very small portions. (someone told me its quicker to get it flat) I exercise an hour a day and i need to strengthen my abs, legs and biceps.

How long will it take for me to see some signs of toughening up or loose some body fat? Is my diet relatively healthy, if not anyone know wat is?

How to get a flat stomach?

Okay, i really want a flat stomach for the summer so i thought i would start now, i do sit ups every night, around 50 or 100, sometimes more.
I don’t really have a healthy diet because i am a very fussy eater, i dont eat nothing hardly, all i live on is chips, nuggets and sausage mainly! can anybody help me get a flat stomach without me changing my diet too much? i have cut down on junk food and snacks inbetween meals

What kinda exercises (Stomach/abdominal) can help me loose stomach fat the quickest…? (as in weeks)

I’d like to start doing exercise to help loose stomach and start bringing out my muscles! I dont expect any miracle solution(s) but anything I can also add to my diet/ exercise. My current diet is….. Lots of water,
1-2 miles every day or other day, no junk food or soda…. I’ve already lost lbs after 3 weeks of running…… I’ve also lost stomach fat but wanna speeed up the process! Any Opinions?

How can I slim down my hips and flatten my stomach without diet or exercise equipment?

I want to have slimmer hips and a flatter stomach without going on a diet or using exercise equipment.
For those of you who think I don’t want to do anything…I said without equipment. I’m fine working out without equipment. As in cruches, push-ups, running, etc.
I don’t want to do a dieting program, but maybe just cutting back on junk food. Ideas?
