i want to tighten my stomach muscles and leg muscles. what are some esy work outs to tighten up my muscles. i have a chubby elly with love handles and i want to burn it all off and my legs too. please list some easy work outs to tighten my tummy and leg muscles. how can i also work out my arms?
So, I am 17 and I used to lift weights in my sophomore year of high school (I am about to be a senior in high school). I added on a lot of mass to my arms, pecs, legs, etc. Meanwhile, I was developing a little bit of a belly but thought "hey, I can take care of it later it won’t get too bad". Now, I actually have a full blown belly. I mean, when I wear a shirt you can’t really tell of course, but if I keep going at this rate it will be bad. Right now its mainly all fat. I’d say around 25%-30% body fat right now, and I am wondering how should I go about losing all this fat around my belly and flattening my stomach and in general losing all the fat on my torso. I know a lot of toning exercises will help (lots of reps), but I am wondering what is the best and fastest method to lose all this body fat and cut my body fat percentage down to like 12%-6% (after all, school starts in September, and I want to come back to school looking damn good).
now i really want to do this
im thinking about switching to drinking only water for a month or two, with plenty of fruits and vegetables. But what exercises would help with my legs, butt, and stomach?

Hello.. I know this may sound like the same question everyone asks, but i’ve searched and searched and can’t find a straight answer to my problem. I am what you would call "skinny fat". I’m 5"3 and 135 pounds and some may say that sounds perfect but my fat is mostly in my stomach. I like the size of my legs,butt and boobs but my stomach just won’t flatten out! I don’t care if I lose a little bit of my legs, butt, or boobs as long as my stomach gets flat. I have a "muffin pouch" and i can hide most of it when i’m standing up but as soon as i sit down my fat hangs over my pants and i’m self concious. I don’t look good in bathin suits like i used to and i’d like to know any ideas people have to get a flat stomach! Specifically what kinds of foods to concentrate on eating and specific workouts to try (i have a gym memborship) or what kinds of viatemens or herbs can i take to help the process or boost my energy naturally to lose the weight and flatten my stomach? please and thank you!!
Ok I’m 21 5′9 190lbs, I’m well muscle build in arms chest and legs but my stomach won’t shape up. I jog 3.5 miles 3 times a week and lift weights the other 3 days . I’m unable to find a good diet bacause of work, I work the graveyard shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, what else can I do to loose stomach and what would be a good diet ??
I have tried all kinds of things to lose my stomach but nothing really seems to work. I really don’t have time to devote to a good workout because I work two jobs. I know you can’t target a specific area directly when trying to reduce body fat, but is there a workout to reduce upper body fat… In the Last few months i have lost about 25 lbs. but its weird because my arms are slimmer, my legs are thinner, but i haven’t really lost weight from my mid section or where my man titties are lol, i mean i have lost some there but not significantly like other areas… i have mostly been doing cardio, you know running, jumping rope, and others… but is there something to work more upper body and yeah… thanks

I don’t really have a problem getting my lower stomach into shape, but I can’t lose the fat from the section right above my belly button. What kind of specific exercises can be used to get rid of that? I already do lots and lots of sit-ups/crunches (both with my legs in the air and on the ground) but I can’t seem to get rid of that!

Im 5′4" and 137lbs. I wouldn’t say I am "fat" but I would say that my stomach and my legs are my "problem areas". I eat healthy almost all of the time (we all have a little junk food every now and then) and I exercise literally every day. I go to the gym and lift weights, and Im sore afterwords so I know that I am putting on enough weight. I also dance a lot, and I am a cheerleader. So, any help?

I’d prefer to actually lose weight/slim my legs because toning them wouldn’t help my disproportionate figure.

i was told the best way is raise your legs in the air while you do the crunches effectively forming a U shape, but i have found that resting my legs on a chair when i do the crunches is better for my back..but what is the best way???

I’m trying to lose a few pounds of belly fat, but I was wondering if running machines like ellypticals only make your legs stronger, and if abdominal crunch machines only make the stomach muscles underneath the fat stronger, then what exercises can help me lose weight on my pot belly?
