the only thing that bothers me about my body is my stomach and love handles… they bulge out, i wanna loose some of it by summer time

I have been on a competitive dance team for the past 4 years and i now am in college. I loved my body when i was on the team, but now i am starting to gain weight and I have noticed all of a sudden that i have belly fat and love handles! I exercise 3-4 times a week and i feel like i eat pretty healthy….How can i still lose weight?
Hello. So I know that in order to get rid of love handles you also need to do cardio. But what are some floor exercises I can do that will help get rid of them? I only have a very small amount of fat there. Because I am actually rather on the slim side (5′7" approx. 122lbs) but I believe that I can still get them a little thinner.

Over the summer holidays I put on a bit of weight on my tummy and you can’t really notice it but when I wear vest tops or something you can still notice my belly. I want to know the best way to get a flat tummy, like diet regimes, exercises anything (except surgery or drugs) to get my tummy flat and toned.

Ok. so i want to flatten my stomach by the end of april. Im 13 97 pounds 4′11 and i have a bunch of belly fat. and fat in other places, but im concentrating on my tummy now. currently, my tummy is farr from having abs, or even being flat. When i sit down there’s like rolls of fat hanging over my pants, makes me feel icky. Even sometimes when i stand up you can see the rolls of fat. HOW can i get rid of the "love handles" and all the fat around my tummy area , have a flat stomach and no unwanted fat hanging anywhere. How long would it take me to get what i want, my flat stomach and lose all my other fat around the places. I have no equipment whatsoever, so how can i get the exercise i need? What type of exercises can i do around the house (single story), with a jump rope? Also, how much weight would i need to lose to get my "wish". SERIOUS answers only pleasee. i know that sit-ups/crunches won’t work because i’ve tried. maybe around 4-6 weeks or so? thanks.

Im 5′4 and weigh 115. Im pretty skinny exept I have alot of fat on my stomach well mostly my love handles. I wanted a flat stomach fast. I think my body fat percentage is 20%. How much lower should it be so that i can have a flat stomach? and how do i get it lower?

I’m starting to run 20 minutes everyday and doing 20 sit ups. Is this the right thing to do to get a flat stomach? My stomach isn’t huge but not really where I want it to be. I’m 14 and weigh 121 pounds. I have these love handles ( I think thats what their called) too. If I am taking the right steps how long till I see results?

I really want a flatter stomach, but don’t know any good ways of getting one. I mean, I’m not fat, I only weigh 125 but I just want a little bit of a flatter stomach. And as for love handles, I absolutely hate mine, is there any way of getting rid of those?
