i’m like 5′2 and i have some belly fat and love handles and i hate them
i’ve been doing kickboxing for awhile, and i just wanna know how to lose weight quicker..

i want to tighten my stomach muscles and leg muscles. what are some esy work outs to tighten up my muscles. i have a chubby elly with love handles and i want to burn it all off and my legs too. please list some easy work outs to tighten my tummy and leg muscles. how can i also work out my arms?

and no diet pills or something i jst want a regular workout and for how long every day

I used to have a perfectly flat stomach before my baby was born in January, I had a c section, I’ve been doing a lot of exersise but I’m far from a flat tummy I can’t seem to get rid of all th doughy skin below my belly button, It really look awful when I sit down, I just want my sexy tummy back! so if anyone has been successful at getting there tummy’s back please let me know what worked for you, I also have awful love handles that did not exist before my baby, I’m so unhappy about this

Hey guys, okay so, i have until this friday to look good in a bikini. and i have love handles,and belly fat, but all last week, i was eating healthy, and doing abs every morning, afternoon, and night. i’ve noticed a slight difference. but is there any way at all that i can lose it? Thank you.

i’m not overweight, i’m 129 however I do have a lot of belly fat and love handles. And I just want to get to 120 or 115 and so far i’m stuck and can’t lose anything. Help please

I only need to loose the fat in my arms, back area ( love handles ) and stomach, other than that I would be close to perfection ( the healthy version ) so what exercises are there that are perfect for these areas. I’ve tried to do research but all these damn loose weight scam diets keep popping up. any help please?

I want to be in better shape by the time summer rolls around. I have a little bit of belly fat and love handles, and even some inner thigh fat. I’m 6′ 1 and weigh 175lbs. I’m slim, but have love handles. But i can see the outline of a six pack… I workout 5 days a wk, and run the treadmill about 15 minutes after each session. But I don’t want to lose too much weight. Thanks for the answers and support.
