I used to have a perfectly flat stomach before my baby was born in January, I had a c section, I’ve been doing a lot of exersise but I’m far from a flat tummy I can’t seem to get rid of all th doughy skin below my belly button, It really look awful when I sit down, I just want my sexy tummy back! so if anyone has been successful at getting there tummy’s back please let me know what worked for you, I also have awful love handles that did not exist before my baby, I’m so unhappy about this

I don’t have a huge stomach or nothing really flabby but I know that if I don’t start something that’s how it will end up. I really don’t want to spend any money on equipment unless I have to. So could you help me please with something that’s helped you. I love to work out so if you have a remedy that way I’d love to hear it as well. Thanks in advance! :)

Well I do not think I am fat, but I want to lose some fat in my belly area and my arm area. I want to get ripped forearms. BTW I cant go to the gym lol and my mom wont let me spend money on excercise equipment so are their any easy excercises to lose my belly fat and get ripped forearms right at home?? im 14 going on 15 in january and i need ways to get a flat stomach.
i havent got the money to go to a gym and i eat healthily

I am really self-conscious about this and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I need to know how many situps I need to do and how often I need to do them. Also, if this is not the right kind of exercise for a flat tummy, please tell me what else should I do? I don’t have any money so I can’t buy exercise equipment. Thanks for your help!
