How do i lose the fat pouch under the belly?
How do i lose the fat pouch under the belly, above the penis, without loosing the belly fat ( i like my tummy )! It very uncomfortably to have the fat down there! It not OD type of fat, just a little. I NOT SUPER FAT! so please don;t tell me to go on a diet and stuff…Maybe crunches or something?
