I really want a flat stomach. Without dieting or pills. I’m not in anyway obsessed over my size but I want to look in shape.

How do I lose hmm- at least 20+ pounds. (without pills) I’m 13, 5′3, and i weigh alot, which is 155 pounds i want to be at around 110-120.
also; any easy calorie blasters.

I’m seventeen, fairly thin. 101 pounds. But i have some extra flab on my stomach. I don’t want to be anorexic skinny.. i’m happy with my curves. I just want to have a nice stomach… Will running, or going for walks help this or no? I know sit ups will help, but i have a very bad back so it hurts to do sit ups. Hi everyone. I’m 5′6 and i’m about 162. 5 months or so ago i used to be 180 so since then i’ve lost 20 lbs, but for the past month or two i’ve lost basically nothing. I’m 17 and overweight. I want to lose about 2 stone in weight fast. I HATE vegetables, fish , salads and nuts. Everytime I look at diets on magazines it says to eat all this stuff. I generally dislike healthy foods so this is really hard for me to achieve. I rely mostly on fast food and foods high in carbs and fat. I keep gaining weight and I’m obsessed with looking at peoples figures and it really depresses me that I’m heavy. I would love to have a completely flat stomach and toned body. I don’t know how to get this when I dislike alot of foods that are good for me. I am also studying for my A levels this year so I have hardly any time to exercise. I’m in school 4 days a week from 8 in the morning to 8.30 at night. I find it really hard to focus on losing weight and studying. I also have no motivation or will power. I really want to be thinner and I think i’d gain alot more confidence if i was thinner also. I want to avoid taking dieting pills or any weight loss suplements. I know this is probably impossible to find but if anyone has any solutions or knows about any diets suitable, leave me know. Thanks :)

I don’t really have a problem getting my lower stomach into shape, but I can’t lose the fat from the section right above my belly button. What kind of specific exercises can be used to get rid of that? I already do lots and lots of sit-ups/crunches (both with my legs in the air and on the ground) but I can’t seem to get rid of that!

Any ideas? May be Pills? Doctors?

How do you lose weight in your legs?
Aside from running, what type of exercises could I do? Would it be better to do more shorter/lighter reps or fewer/slower/heavier reps?

I’d prefer to actually lose weight/slim my legs because toning them wouldn’t help my disproportionate figure.

Also, I want to actually EXERCISE, not try pills or strange diets.

I went to the hospital today to get my x-ray results from my hip. I have and inflated muscle and the doctor gave me some pills for it but he also said that losing weight will help a lot. I have started a diet and i do 20 sit ups, 50 push ups and go on a stepping machine for 20 minutes. Is there anything else I could do and how long do you think it will take to lose around about a stone?

I diet and exercise but my belly fat just stays the same, what can I do to get rid of belly fat, pure body fat? Pills…if so what type? A certain exercise?

I have changed my eating habits,I eat healthy foods now at the right time and nothing after 7pm, I’m on the treadmill an hour every day and I am having a problem losing my belly fat. My legs are not fat at all, it’s just muscle. But, the muscle makes my thighs and calfs (spelling?) huge. How can I make my calfs and thighs thinner?

My stomach isn’t fat either. I just have a gut. I can just bend over a little and you can definitely see I have a gut. How can I make my stomach flatter?

we have pool and so I want to look good, I dont really want abs but a flat tummy I am not to good about cutting back carbs. And I dont wanna take pills just somthing I can do in my room.

i’m slim everywhere but my stomach(i know you can’t spot reduce)
but if i jump rope for 1 hour, with stopping for a couple seconds to get water or when i miss, for 5 days a week how long will it take for me to get a flat stomach.
