I’ve been doing a good amount of sit-ups, and other types of crunches and forms or sit-ups. But i have this super annoying "butt" like thing on my stomach.

I am 5"5 and 130 pounds. After my third child, I am having problems losing my belly fat. I heard that you cannot lose belly fat without losing weight everywhere. If I lose any weight, I will be a beanpole and I do not want that. I eat pretty healthy and exercise as much as possible. Does anyone have any suggestions?

hi i had a baby a few years ago and i never really tried to get rid of my "pooch" but it’s about an inch hanging over or so if that makes sense.. i’m not really fat, i just don’t have a flat belly and i am going to a ball in 23 days and i have a form-fitting dress i would like to have a flat stomach by then. my friend and i have been doing circuit training 3 days a week and my idea was to do cardio and abs every day as well. but what do i have to and how much exercise to get a flat stomach in 23 days? please help!!

ok so i am 5′11 and i weigh 160 pounds. im 16 years old. im not fat at all but i am a pretty big kid. i am average. i do have a bit of flab though i do want to burn off in the gut section and i wouldnt mind burning off just a little bit of flab in the upper section. what can i do to do this. i dont mind putting on muscle but what i really want to do is just get rid of the little bit of belly fat that i have. i know im young so i will see results quicker then older people so basically what im asking is if i run 2-3 miles a day how long do you think it will take to burn the fat off? is that even what i need to do or if i want an "in shape" look would i have to not burn the fat off but instead fill it out with muscle? please any suggestions.

I do crunches and stuff, and push ups, but basically, you gain muscles and they don’t show through the flab.

I’m 5′5" and currently weight 230lbs. Obviously this is a dangerous and unhealthy weight to be at so I want to start lowering my calorie intake to lose some of this weight. I want to get down to 180lbs by at least December, that’s six months from now and 50 lbs to shed. So, I’m wondering how many calories do i have to eat to lose those 50lbs in six months?
