i am skinny and semi-athletic. but i want a flat stomach, but i dont want to lose too much other weight bc i only weigh 100 lbs. (no im not aneorexic, im just petite) sit ups dont really work for me. any tips?( diets, sleeping on your stomach?)
I weigh 106 and I’m small, but I have a little belly fat, so the other day I started to do sit ups to help lose it (I’m starting at 25 sit ups twice a day, so a total of 50) How long should it take to lose the belly fat? And will this help?

I need tips on losing my belly fat. In the past I used to run 5 miles a day 5 days a week, did strength training exercises, really controlled what I ate and I was never able to lose my belly fat. I just stopped losing weight at one point and no matter how much I ran I my belly fat never went down after a certain point. I am not asking for 6 pack abs, but just a flat tight abs where it won’t jiggle every time I walk.
I used to do a lot of sit ups/ crunches, push ups, and weight training exercises on top of that. Currently I am a 22 yr old male 5′10" weighing anywhere from 165-170 lbs(it varies everyday). Before when I exercised a lot I used to weigh anywhere from 150-155 lbs (I still had jiggly belly like no other). So as you can see I gained about about 15 lbs. and I am starting to look really fat again. What can I do to take off my belly fat once and for all?
Right now, I look like I weigh about 190 lbs. if I take off my shirt. I need serious advice people. I know that through running I didn’t lose too much belly fat and it just stopped after a certain point. I used to workout like this for about a year or maybe even more. Thanks in advance guys!

I don’t really have a problem getting my lower stomach into shape, but I can’t lose the fat from the section right above my belly button. What kind of specific exercises can be used to get rid of that? I already do lots and lots of sit-ups/crunches (both with my legs in the air and on the ground) but I can’t seem to get rid of that!

I went to the hospital today to get my x-ray results from my hip. I have and inflated muscle and the doctor gave me some pills for it but he also said that losing weight will help a lot. A friend told me I have to do 100 sit ups a day and skip with a skipping rope for 10 minutes straight. Is this true?

Ok. so i want to flatten my stomach by the end of april. Im 13 97 pounds 4′11 and i have a bunch of belly fat. and fat in other places, but im concentrating on my tummy now. currently, my tummy is farr from having abs, or even being flat. When i sit down there’s like rolls of fat hanging over my pants, makes me feel icky. Even sometimes when i stand up you can see the rolls of fat. I suspect I get bloated since I have a pretty flat stomach in the morning, then by evening I look pregnant. If I do about 100+ sit ups a day, could I get a toned stomach? If I do, will the toned stomach only show up in the morning?

I average 14-18 miles a week
i only eat 3 meals a day
I run 2 miles a day and do 200 sit ups a day. I really want a flat tummy before we start school. Im eating fruits and snacking on gronola and stuff. Any idea how long it will take me to get the flat stomach? Please help! Thanks!
I suffered from Anorexia,Bulimia and Exercise Bulimia..I’m 5"2" and weigh 45 kilograms,I am 8 kilograms underweight! my spinal cord sticks out,my hip bones stick out
and my ribs,but i have a problem with my stomach! its still a bit chubby at the bottom,I dont really eat that much but when i do its just fruits,veggies and fiber
foods like Provita’s and Special K bars.I go to gym every day for 1 hour and do 200 sit ups a day! nothing is working..here are some pics to show you my bones stick
out but my stomach has got a little pudge that wont go away! if i cant find away I will have to lead back to my old friend Anorexia again which i dont wanna!! :’(
