basically i feel i have muscle building up under my stomach because of the situps i have been doing . but i have got chest fat(manboobs) and stomach fat …….I am 16 years old about 5′8 ….is there a way to get rid of the fat ?????????

How many crunches or situps do i do?

So i’ve been trying to lose weight and get a flatter stomach/abs for quite a while now.. i try to do crunches & situps, but i pretty much suck…i live in an apartment so it’s kinda small, and we have a "gym" but i get really self concious..

SOO what can i do IN (key word..IN) my apartment (with no stairs) to lose some weight (besides running around) and get a flatter stomach?

BTW, i am a vegetarian, so no meat/fish/poultry..but i tend to splurge on the carbs and sugar, to fill me up.. any diet plans/ideas? (i’ve been drinking alot of water lately too)
oh yeah, and on my tummy, i have that little curve under my belly – i dont know if its extra skin or fat or whatever, but i KNOW its get-rid-able

so how do i get rid of that?!

I keep hearing that you need to burn fat along with doing crunches to lose belly fat. I have been naturaly extremely thin most of my life and in the last couple years have started putting on some weight. I love my body much better now that i have weight on but now I have a belly. Im going on vacation soon and would love to show off the figure that i now have but not with my belly like this. Im scared if I excercise, jog, situps and crunches etc. to lose the belly fat I will end up losing weight in other places also. Any ideas?

I lift weights, I eat healthy most of the time, and i do situps. But for some reason i cant lose my belly fat. I also would like to make my stomach into a six pack. HELP!

Whats the most efficient way to lose weight by that i mean the fastest or easiest way to lose belly fat cuz i work out alot and bench, situps and other stuff but still got belly fat so i dont know what to d. also what foods will make me lose fat.

I’m 15, 5′1 and about 100lbs and I’m not that active, I do take PE in school everday though. And by the number of situps you suggest, how long do you think it’ll take for me to get my tummy flat?

List all ideas from longest to shortest, from hardest to easiest. And please give estimates of how many, how many times a day, and how long it would take. And I’m not really familiar with the names so if you could, please explain how to perform it.
Uhm, try not to reccomend situps because Ive been doing them for too long and they don’t help.

I don’t want a 6 pack, just a flat stomach. I am at a healthy weight and do cardio 30 minutes everyday as well as situps and crunches 5 times a week. What else can I do to get a flat tummy?

I am really self-conscious about this and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I need to know how many situps I need to do and how often I need to do them. Also, if this is not the right kind of exercise for a flat tummy, please tell me what else should I do? I don’t have any money so I can’t buy exercise equipment. Thanks for your help!

My entire life I’ve never really built up any fat on my stomach, but now I am starting to. I would like some tips on how to loose stomach fat without having to do all those situps and muscle building excercises first.
I want to burn the fat than when I’m satisfied, thats when I will start toning.
What are some ideas? natural fast results are a plus aswell. Thank you

my stomach is flat, but my lower stomach has like iunno just extra skin? I dunno if its fat or what but yeah. I just don’t like it. I do a ton of situps and i exercise every day, for 3 hours..
