if i go to sleep with a very long scarf tied around my tummy, in the morning will my tummy be very flat?
Hi everyone. I’m 5′6 and i’m about 162. 5 months or so ago i used to be 180 so since then i’ve lost 20 lbs, but for the past month or two i’ve lost basically nothing. I eat healthy most of the time and always work out. I sleep well and drink lots of water. How can I lose weight fast without the systems, diets, or pills? I know everything that your suppose to know about weight lose, but for me nothings happening.
I am looking for healthy habits to get into. Also I am looking for things I can do that will get my stomach flat and not have a gut poking out at the bottom of my stomach. It is really strange! My stomach is flat at the top but the bottom isn’t! Why is this? Also I am wanting to know why sleep is important, and what I can do to make sure I get a good nights sleep. THANKS!

i am doing 8 minutes straight of sit-ups in the morning when i wake up and then again at night before i go to sleep. i have a little fat on my stomach and i was just wondering if this will burn it off and approximately how long it will take if i keep this up?
every day i do 20 situp in the morning and 20 in the evening after eating dinner.i eat twice a day,a cup of decafeinated tea in the morning,fruits in the afternoon,and rice ,vegetable chicken breast in the evening(4 hours before i sleep.i have loose weight but my goal is to loose fat in my stomach does it helps?
