Ok so im in track but i have a belly, yet i can beat others who are all ripped! I am not the fastest but im quite fast but i wanna look like an athlete too. Everybody expects me to have a great body, but i have a belly which makes me upset.
So how can i get a flat stomach? I like to eat a lot of sweets too, so yea thats a problem(but no soda). So how can i get a flat stomach at least….. oh and im a guy

So if I do 30 min of cardio everyday could I get a flat stomach in about a month? Do I need to do more?
I’m going to cut soda out of my diet (I hardly drink it anyway).
Is there anything else I need to do to be successful? Please help me and thanks for the answers

so im 13, around 140-150lb, and 5ft, 7in. and i want a flat stomach. I was really fat as a kid and now its less but i still am kinda. i eat a normal amount of food, i drink plenty of water( dont even drink soda anymore) and i do a 100 sit ups everyday, for a few months, and i don’t see any results.

I heard that if you cut soda (including diet) from your diet, you can lose belly fat? Is that true? I would like to lose a little belly fat. I’ve been exercising and eating less and healthier. Thanks in advance(:

I’ve started to Jog a lot latley. I’ve also stopped drinking Soda and started drinking nothing but water and juice. I’m planning on continuing this for the whole summer. Will this help me lose belly fat? Or is there anything else I should try. I’ve also stopped eating high fat foods.

I’d like to start doing exercise to help loose stomach and start bringing out my muscles! I dont expect any miracle solution(s) but anything I can also add to my diet/ exercise. My current diet is….. Lots of water,
1-2 miles every day or other day, no junk food or soda…. I’ve already lost lbs after 3 weeks of running…… I’ve also lost stomach fat but wanna speeed up the process! Any Opinions?
