There are number of ways to get your stomach flat and your butt smaller.

We will start with the butt. Your butt is made up of gluteal muscles and a layer of adipose tissue what we call “fat”. In order to get your butt smaller and shape it so it will be solid and firm there is no escape from exercising; however without a proper diet your butt could get bigger as the mass of the muscles increases. The best way to achieve your goal is to combine exercises such as squats, legs up or kickbacks performed with extra weight and a fat reduction diet. The most effective way to do is acquiring the right eating habits: Small meals throughout the day (6-8 in a day) will insure that your metabolism is going on. Also, decrease sugar and fat, eat more vegetables and drinking only water  and you are on the way. Never miss breakfast because if you do it is a recipe for a failure. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It cranks up the metabolic machine. And when you eat breakfast you are less likely to pig out in the evening and ruin your efforts of getting a smaller butt.

For getting a smaller stomach you need to avoid eating simple sugars like white bread and processed junk food that contains saturated fat. Make sure you eat small meals up to eight times a day. When you eat small meals your belly will not protrude like it does when you eat a large one. Large meals stretch the abdominal wall and then it is hard to get it back to normal size when you lose weight.

Sleep at least seven hours a night. Sleeping at night will aid weight loss even faster as we lose weight while sleeping and a good sleep helps our metabolism.

Avoid alcohol. Both men and women consuming high level of alcohol will develop a belly beer. A belly beer is resulted not only by lager but by all types of alcohol.

Another advice is eating a lot of protein like fish, chicken and meat. Then also eat complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread and lots of fruits and vegetables

The relevant exercises to decrease fat in tour stomach are sit ups, leg ups, and running.

How to Get a Flat Stomach

Getting a flat stomach is not as hard as one might think. However it does require persistence and will. When we are talking about a bloating stomach we are not just talking aesthetics. Though it can distort your figure and cause aggravation because of it and you may dream of the days your jeans wasn’t so tight it is more than that and it’s not that we are underestimating the importance of self image, no one wants to be asked whether she is pregnant when the last time she cuddled a baby was years ago.

However, this is more than that; it’s a health issue. People who gain belly fat are at greater risk of serious health problems than are people who accumulate fat in other areas. Having a large amount of belly fat increases your risk of: heart disease, stroke, some types of cancer, type 2 diabetes, Insulin resistance, low levels of “good,” cholesterol, Metabolic syndrome, sleep apnea.

Now, I am sure that most people no that it’s not healthy and wouldn’t mind to lose a layer or two around the stomach. The question is how to get a flat stomach.

There are a few tips that will help you start the process of losing weight and getting a flat stomach.

Stay hydrated. Drink a lot. What we perceive as hunger is often actually thirst. Instead of taking a bar and a snack drink water. Not having the amount of water you needed decelerate your metabolic rate burn the fat on your stomach.

Sleep. Having enough sleep makes the exercise program you chose more efficient .it is also important to sleep at night. Not only will you be able to perform better after a good night’s rest, but it will help your sculpting your

Have a proper nutrition. Proper diet is essential for anyone wanting to lose excess stomach fat. Crash diets never work in the long run and cause more harm than they do good. Change your habits: no more junk food. Eat several small meals a day rather than two or three big ones. Foods should be high in protein, but don’t neglect the crabs. You need those for energy.
Exercise: exercise is a key factor as well, but you don’t need long exhausting workouts. Just exercise three times a week for fifteen minutes. Your “stomach muscles” are actually made up mainly of three sets of muscles. Each one is in a different position, and has a different job to do. By the same token, developing each set of muscles will require you to do specific exercises for that set of muscles.

I got on the DEPO shot and gained a TON of weight but all in my belly. It looks like I have a tire around my stomach. Its nasty. I also have lost all of my a**. It went soooo flat! I used to have a perfect coke bottle shape. Well now im off the depo for GOOD! And getting on another type of birth control.

I’m 16, 5′8, and 120 pounds. As you can tell I’m not fat but my stomach isn’t the smallest. I mean, its not big or anything, it’s just not FLAT. I’m really tiny all over except my boobs and stomach. How do I get rid of my stomach fast?

Ok, now im 16 yrs old. 5′4 and 160lbs. I’m not big, just thick but a shapely thick. I just need to get rid of some of this belly. I know i cant target one spot,but all over the body would be good, but im mainly focused on my stomach. My mom is a health consultant and she is good at what she do. I got some ideas from her, but i would want some others. Sometimes when i wear shirts i feel uncomfortable. And i wear a lot of Aeropastale so my shirts have to be fitted. So, I am 17 and I used to lift weights in my sophomore year of high school (I am about to be a senior in high school). I added on a lot of mass to my arms, pecs, legs, etc. Meanwhile, I was developing a little bit of a belly but thought "hey, I can take care of it later it won’t get too bad". Now, I actually have a full blown belly. I mean, when I wear a shirt you can’t really tell of course, but if I keep going at this rate it will be bad. Right now its mainly all fat. I’d say around 25%-30% body fat right now, and I am wondering how should I go about losing all this fat around my belly and flattening my stomach and in general losing all the fat on my torso. I know a lot of toning exercises will help (lots of reps), but I am wondering what is the best and fastest method to lose all this body fat and cut my body fat percentage down to like 12%-6% (after all, school starts in September, and I want to come back to school looking damn good).

now i really want to do this
im thinking about switching to drinking only water for a month or two, with plenty of fruits and vegetables. But what exercises would help with my legs, butt, and stomach?

I want to loose 5lbs or loose stomache fat. i feel lik eim to fat around my stomach. and its mainly my lower stomache. is it possible to loose itin like 2-4 days? without being anorexic or bulimic.
