Hi, I’m 16, 6ft 2, I’ve been walking miles recently and have lost quite a bit of weight but i’m still a little flabby around the stomach area. If I continue walking this amount everyday (about a mile and a half), will I get a flat stomach?. If not, would swimming be a better alternative as well as the walking?

I know I’m going to have to lose weight everywhere, not just the stomach area, but what helps you lose weight and get that flatter stomach, I’ve heard so many things already but I dont know which one works. I’m a male in his early twenties..

So I’ve noticed I’m gaining a bit of weight around the stomach area and I wanna make my stomach flat again.

A friend told me I have to do 100 sit ups a day and skip with a skipping rope for 10 minutes straight. Is this true?

What else am I supposed to do?

hey.. how to loose fat around the stomach area and thighs. i dont wanna take any diet pills and stuff. i do cycle about 20 minutes everyday, but it looks like its not working. please help. i have this event in college in roughly a month away. is it possible to shed some weight before that?

Im 5′6 and weight 120, i know most of you will think that, that is not so bad. Honestly, i feel like my body is fine except for my stomach area. I want to tone/flatten that area so i can feel more confident.

however, what should i be eating , so that i can see fast results.
can someone tell me what to not eat and what to eat for meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! and can someone share some other routines i can do?

Im 15 and i have a little baby fat on the stomach area.
Also im aware you cant loose fat only in one area.
I do have abs but you cant see them very well because of the fat..I’ve been doing crunches/sit-ups for so long….dont think anything happend? Any ideas for exercises?

I am very big around my stomach area. and I would like to know how to get rid of the belly and the little roll under neath my bra.. it looks like ABS but it’s really fat and I would like to know a way to get rid of it fast? sit ups, how many? crunches how many? .. please help

im not exactly fat, but im very self consious. summer is coming, we all know. and im dreading it. any body fat i have is carried in my stomach area. im called chicken legs. i have tiny legs and all but my stomach has extra weight. i dont want a amazing super model body but i just want a flat stomach.

Ok, so I am a very active person, playing sports and such on the weekends and water polo up to seven days a week for two hours. I’m about 17 years-old (male) and other than the fact that I don’t eat right and can’t lose weight, I love my body. What foods can I/ should I not eat to lose fat off my stomach area?

Ok so i would like to know how to get a flat stomach. Im in cross country, and im not fat, i just have some fat in my stomach area(lol). Everyone in cross country is skinny and i feel kinda out of shape when im changing(im a good runner though, for a begginer). Please help, thank you

Does anyone know a useful way from personal experience or use to loose body fat. I just went on a vocation recently and we had alot of junkfood and ate out every night about and i gained about 5 pounds and i have ran every day this summer. Im especially wanting to loose stomach fat most of all, altho im not to fat in my stomach area.

I used to have a really flat and strong stomach but over the years i’ve been putting on quite a bit of fat on my stomach. As a dancer I do need to have a strong stomach so I was wondering if anyone has any workouts or exercises etc that burn off fat and help my stomach area. Also any ideas on specific foods which are good and healthy to burn off fat would also be welcome. Thankyou.

I am 15 years old (male) and I have belly fat and lovehandles. Albeit, I am not obese or overweight, I still would like to lose belly fat and slim down my stomach area. I heard that cardio can make you lose fat but I am worried that if I do too much cardio that I will lose a lot of weight. Any advice on how to lose the belly fat without losing too much weight on cardio exercises? Also is it advisable to lose the belly fat first and then concentrate on ab toning afterwards? Or maybe its better to do the ab muscle training along with the cardio?
