how to get rid of a little bit of belly fat..?
Hello.. I know this may sound like the same question everyone asks, but i’ve searched and searched and can’t find a straight answer to my problem. I am what you would call "skinny fat". I’m 5"3 and 135 pounds and some may say that sounds perfect but my fat is mostly in my stomach. I like the size of my legs,butt and boobs but my stomach just won’t flatten out! I don’t care if I lose a little bit of my legs, butt, or boobs as long as my stomach gets flat. I have a "muffin pouch" and i can hide most of it when i’m standing up but as soon as i sit down my fat hangs over my pants and i’m self concious. I don’t look good in bathin suits like i used to and i’d like to know any ideas people have to get a flat stomach! Specifically what kinds of foods to concentrate on eating and specific workouts to try (i have a gym memborship) or what kinds of viatemens or herbs can i take to help the process or boost my energy naturally to lose the weight and flatten my stomach? please and thank you!!
