I weigh about 142.5. I want to lose at least 40 pounds it because i know its all of the belly fat i have. I need to lose those 40 pounds before July 16th!, so if it is possible can you give me some ideas?!
PS- starting tomorrow, i will play wii fit for about 30-40 minutes, then run on the treadmill about an hour, but thats all i have—anything else?!

Okay, i go on the elliptical, or treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day, and i do some abb work everyday. I am 6′5" i weigh 315 pounds. I do have a large frame and you wouldn’tt gues i was that heavy. I just started working out… I am doing around 45 minutes on a treadmill twice a day and i am trying to eat no more than around 1200 calories a day… Is this a good way for me to lose around the 80 pounds i have to lose… I was also wondering how tape weight works.

i work out pretty much every day, treadmill thirty minutes burning 300 calories, usually 3.5 speed 15 incline, then stretch, some crunches, few pushups, lift weights, i thought it was all in the cardio. first u have to burn off that layer of fat and i cant seem to do that no matter what i do ive drastically cut my calories to like 1500-1700 and that might be an over estimate i usually just drink ensure instead of eat a lot look heres pics how far am i away from looking decent? what am i doing wrong? im really confused. http://tinypic.com/r/5vnchu/4

I am not really a fat person, just with some extra fat on my tummy. it shows in all the pictures and i feel so gross. i have been eating somewhat healthy and i try to do crunches and run on the treadmill but i don’t see any results. can someone help?

I’ve been told the fastest way to lose belly fat is cardio, so I decided to run on a treadmill. I’m just wondering what is the proper way? Do you just get on and run for as long as you can? Do you start with a walk and slowly work up to a run? Do you walk, then run, then walk, then run? What do you think is the most beneficial way of using a treadmill to lose belly fat?
Weight training consists of 12-14 exercises in 2 circuits with 20 reps. Aerobic is usually treadmill/swimming/or eliptical for 30min -1hr twice a week and then 2 hrs of soccer on the weekend. Thanks

this is how I eat
morning: either a slimfast or protein shake
lunch: slimfast and a couple slices of cheese and some cucumbers
when I get home I have: a little snack thats healthy
I walk on the treadmill for 10 min then run for 10 min
for dinner: vegetables and fish
my height is around 5′5
I don’t know if you would count this as a exercising but I have horses and ride like 4 days a week, not trail riding, training horses. I use alot of my leg muscles and lower body

I keep reading about cardio exercises and how that’ll help get a flat stomach. But those don’t seem to apply to people with wheelchairs. I can’t get on a treadmill or a bicycle and I can’t "step up." I am paralyzed from the waist down completely. What do I do instead?
