I am 29 years old and i have 4 kids. Im still skinny and can’t see my stomach unless i sit down. when I get into my diet and
exercise spells i work on my stomach the most, but it seems
like it just want buge. Should i get a tummy tuck or do you think
i can get a flat somach on my own with lots of hard work?

I used to have a perfectly flat stomach before my baby was born in January, I had a c section, I’ve been doing a lot of exersise but I’m far from a flat tummy I can’t seem to get rid of all th doughy skin below my belly button, It really look awful when I sit down, I just want my sexy tummy back! so if anyone has been successful at getting there tummy’s back please let me know what worked for you, I also have awful love handles that did not exist before my baby, I’m so unhappy about this

My daughter will be turning two in the nexty few months and I have been unable to loose the belly fat that I got while I was pregnat. Is there anyway to make that muscle stronger or to make the loose skin go away with out lypo or a tummy tuck. I know people will say exercise be does it really work. Are there any mother’s or anyone in the simular situation give me any ideas on how to get my sexy back.
