So, I am 17 and I used to lift weights in my sophomore year of high school (I am about to be a senior in high school). I added on a lot of mass to my arms, pecs, legs, etc. Meanwhile, I was developing a little bit of a belly but thought "hey, I can take care of it later it won’t get too bad". Now, I actually have a full blown belly. I mean, when I wear a shirt you can’t really tell of course, but if I keep going at this rate it will be bad. Right now its mainly all fat. I’d say around 25%-30% body fat right now, and I am wondering how should I go about losing all this fat around my belly and flattening my stomach and in general losing all the fat on my torso. I know a lot of toning exercises will help (lots of reps), but I am wondering what is the best and fastest method to lose all this body fat and cut my body fat percentage down to like 12%-6% (after all, school starts in September, and I want to come back to school looking damn good).

I am one of thoes people who gain and lose weight very easily. I have lost over 15 lbs in a two week peroid before with no health problems. I just finished finals and during this time i stress ate so i gained many pounds. I am natrually very short and very curvey.
Whenever i seriously exercise, i always lose weight in my butt first, followed by legs, hips, and finally stomach. I want to have flat somach again, what can i do? I do not have access to a gym or weights.

What exercises and tricks/ tips will help me loose A LOT of weight?
I don’t want to starve and i don’t want to eat gross food. I don’t want to do impossible exercises either. so what moves will halp me burn fat and gain muscule in the stoomach area?
I like weights and don’t like machines, and minor changes in diet( like size or food type) are what I am looking for.
OH, and an estimated time of how long results would take would be nice too!

I have a neighborhood gym and have elliptical machines and tredmills, weights and stuff.
What exercises should i do to lose a lot of weight?
And How much Cardio?!

I have been jogging/using the stairmaster for for about two weeks, I lift weights, drink lots of water, and eat healthy. So far, I have lost 2 inches around my midsection.

i work out pretty much every day, treadmill thirty minutes burning 300 calories, usually 3.5 speed 15 incline, then stretch, some crunches, few pushups, lift weights, i thought it was all in the cardio. first u have to burn off that layer of fat and i cant seem to do that no matter what i do ive drastically cut my calories to like 1500-1700 and that might be an over estimate i usually just drink ensure instead of eat a lot look heres pics how far am i away from looking decent? what am i doing wrong? im really confused. http://tinypic.com/r/5vnchu/4

I’m a 16 years old boy and between march and july i lost just over 2 stone and have maintained a weight since then of about 10′7 – 10′12 stone! The problem is over the last 3 weeks or so ive been going to the gym 3 times a week doing a mix of cardio and weights for hour sessions, and making sure i eat 3 healthy meals a day, and i just cant get a flatter stomach or chest. the rest of my body is slim like arms and legs, but my stomach and chest are really pudgy. What should i do to help get towards a 6 pack stomach rather than a pregnancy stomach lol!

Firstly I would like to lose some weights. Im pretty sure that once most of your belly fat is gone, your abs become more visible. Any good strategies to get rid of that belly fat? It would also be great to get fit. I want to do this in about 4 months before my basketball season begins.
