How can I lose belly fat?
I ant a flat belly, I do 100 situps everday and I burn 1000 calories on my indoor bicycle. 5’3 and 138 pounds and i’m using my cycle thing to lose weight but my legs are getting thicker and I dont want it to!!!What should i do…btw the cycle thing is my only workout equipment?
