There are number of ways to get your stomach flat and your butt smaller.

We will start with the butt. Your butt is made up of gluteal muscles and a layer of adipose tissue what we call “fat”. In order to get your butt smaller and shape it so it will be solid and firm there is no escape from exercising; however without a proper diet your butt could get bigger as the mass of the muscles increases. The best way to achieve your goal is to combine exercises such as squats, legs up or kickbacks performed with extra weight and a fat reduction diet. The most effective way to do is acquiring the right eating habits: Small meals throughout the day (6-8 in a day) will insure that your metabolism is going on. Also, decrease sugar and fat, eat more vegetables and drinking only water  and you are on the way. Never miss breakfast because if you do it is a recipe for a failure. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It cranks up the metabolic machine. And when you eat breakfast you are less likely to pig out in the evening and ruin your efforts of getting a smaller butt.

For getting a smaller stomach you need to avoid eating simple sugars like white bread and processed junk food that contains saturated fat. Make sure you eat small meals up to eight times a day. When you eat small meals your belly will not protrude like it does when you eat a large one. Large meals stretch the abdominal wall and then it is hard to get it back to normal size when you lose weight.

Sleep at least seven hours a night. Sleeping at night will aid weight loss even faster as we lose weight while sleeping and a good sleep helps our metabolism.

Avoid alcohol. Both men and women consuming high level of alcohol will develop a belly beer. A belly beer is resulted not only by lager but by all types of alcohol.

Another advice is eating a lot of protein like fish, chicken and meat. Then also eat complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread and lots of fruits and vegetables

The relevant exercises to decrease fat in tour stomach are sit ups, leg ups, and running.

OK, I’ve been attending classes at my local leisure centre for the last few days and I intend to go to one every day (apart from Saturday and Sunday-there aren’t any classes on those days).

The ones I go to are ones such as aerobics, various workouts (dancey, really intense etc…) and cycle. The classes last for about an hour.

If I do these basically every day (not weekends) then when will I start to lose weight?

I can’t get some diet plan thing. Unless it is a homemade diet. And please no suggesting working out for hours in the gym, just simply at home, easy to do workouts that help get flat abs fast.

Ok i’ve been working out and trying to get abs. I now have a flat tummy except the lower part isn’t is flat as the rest. I’m having some troubles getting that to be the same. So how can I get the perfect flat tummy? Any certain workouts?

Hello.. I know this may sound like the same question everyone asks, but i’ve searched and searched and can’t find a straight answer to my problem. I am what you would call "skinny fat". I’m 5"3 and 135 pounds and some may say that sounds perfect but my fat is mostly in my stomach. I like the size of my legs,butt and boobs but my stomach just won’t flatten out! I don’t care if I lose a little bit of my legs, butt, or boobs as long as my stomach gets flat. I have a "muffin pouch" and i can hide most of it when i’m standing up but as soon as i sit down my fat hangs over my pants and i’m self concious. I don’t look good in bathin suits like i used to and i’d like to know any ideas people have to get a flat stomach! Specifically what kinds of foods to concentrate on eating and specific workouts to try (i have a gym memborship) or what kinds of viatemens or herbs can i take to help the process or boost my energy naturally to lose the weight and flatten my stomach? please and thank you!!

okay so im 15, and im 5′5 and i weigh 125, and im muscular, not that muscular but you get the idea. And i have some abs, but not visible yet and i need my stomach to be flat, i need workouts or some advice that’ll get it flat, i have a little bump on my lower stomach where the abs are suppose to be.

I am 16 and there are 5 months left until summer.
I am 6′ and approx. 65kgs and I run 3.6km almost every day and eat healthily (the majority of the time).
I wish to have a flat stomach (or have small abs – feminine) so I look great in a bikini this coming summer.

i am not a ‘fat’ kid, im not even really chubby, i just have a little bit of fat on my body, and especially my stomach. i want to get rid of it so it can reveal my six pac (wich i would have if it wasn’t covered), can anyone help me, and give me some effective diets and workouts? Some tips on workouts and eating habits would be great, and even maybe some good recipes that will help me out with this?

I used to have a really flat and strong stomach but over the years i’ve been putting on quite a bit of fat on my stomach. As a dancer I do need to have a strong stomach so I was wondering if anyone has any workouts or exercises etc that burn off fat and help my stomach area.
