Tell me how can you lose fat from above the belly button?
I don’t really have a problem getting my lower stomach into shape, but I can’t lose the fat from the section right above my belly button. What kind of specific exercises can be used to get rid of that? I already do lots and lots of sit-ups/crunches (both with my legs in the air and on the ground) but I can’t seem to get rid of that!
Any ideas? May be Pills? Doctors?

There’s really no way to concentrate your training into one specific part of your body.
To get rid of fat, you should do aerobic exercise. That means running, jogging, swimming, riding a bike, walking, rowing…
Also a healthy diet is good. Don’t eat too much fast food or candy, or anything that contains much carbs for that matter.
But like always, be careful with diets. They’re never good if you start avoiding food.
It’s always nice to have a body in shape, but remember that it’s not the models you see in TV you should try to follow.

My mom started taking these pills that are supposedly really good. I tried them and surprisingly they did help me loose weight and mostly in the problem areas like you mentioned. Im 23 if you’re too young dont take them though. I stopped after a week b/c they make you really thirsty and I didnt even take the strong version. It says free of side effects and while my mom didnt have any I felt a little weak like when you dont eat so I had to stop. But other healthy things you can do is as you know eat healthy and a lot of cardio helps. Tae bo dvds really helped me too. I only use the pill when I wanted to loose a little more weight fast but dont know if its healthy so I just stopped.
