Well try not to eat much fats... be in shape if your with your baby get the stroller in the morning but bathe the baby before you leave and you to take the baby a fresh baby bottle cold water and one for you too. den take the stroller and jog while your pushing the stroller ;-]

We stopped in at Billy Bob’s en route to New Mexico from Massachusetts five or six years ago. Billy Bob’s is located somewhere along one of Oklahoma’s vast dustball conglomerations of interstate highways.
When one or both of us ordered the salad bar, we were told to take a plate and have our fill.
The "salad" choices were as follows:
green Jello salad
pink Jello & marshmallow salad
fried onion salad
cornbread salad
Some time later I mentioned this experience to a friend of mine (a native of DC) who had lived in Virginia for many years. He said: "Oh that’s nothing," and proceeded to tell us about his southern salad bar experience.
"I was just about finished filling my plate when I came face-to-face with a lard-white blob of blubber floating in one of those shallow dishes at the salad bar. It didn’t look like anything that resembled salad, much less food, so I asked the waitress what on earth that gut-churning ball of quivering lard was."
"Why that’s deep-fried fat-back!" the waitress replied.
For the uninitiated, that would be fat deep fried in (yes) fat.
I think my friend may have lost his appetite for the rest of the evening, if not for the rest of the year.
As it happened, he told this story over dinner.
I know I lost mine.

I love the photos included in the book that shows the various techniques and exercises for each part of the stomach and glutes. The Author’s explicit, easy-to-understand instructions are accompanied by clear photographs that will help you check your form as he focuses on the specific aspects of alignment, muscle control, and breathing throughout the workout-keys to achieving the maximum benefit from each exercise.
Plus it offers to let the reader start slowly for beginners or choose exercises that work all aspects of your stomach for those who have been working out for years. You don’t have to start reading from the beginning. It only takes me about 15-20 minutes a day to do a workout at home. With many options to choose from, these workouts are fun.
He also share important tips for improving your diet without completely giving up the foods you love. Unlike other restrictive diet plans- this program provides you with smart uses of foods and “swap out” certain food groups for lighter, healthier foods to stop the bloating and swelling that occurs. There are good tips about what to eat and why with a good common sense and straight forward apporach you can flatten your stomach and make your stomach stronger.
A very good addition to whatever workout program you are doing if you need some help for just another view on eating as part of getting and staying in shape. Highly recommended to anyone.

I earlier did a review on the authors other book, The BackSmart Fitness Plan: A Total-Body Workout to Strengthen and Heal Your Back, and had given it to my girlfriend to use as she suffers from back pain. I really enjoyed that book and so did she. It was loaded with a lot of very sound and useful information, just like this book is, only instead of targeting the back muscles, the author focuses on the abdominal muscles.
The information contained within the pages of this book are numerous and are very sound from a safe and effective standpoint. Fortunately I have never suffered from back pain and therefore can not respond with a testimonial about how using the information in this book alleviated any kinds of pain, but I can attest to the fact that my girlfriend has and she just loves this book. She can now do quite a few sit-ups without experiencing the normal pain that she used to after doing only a few sit-ups, perhaps 25 to 30. Now she can do twice that number with no pain, okay a little sore muscle pain in the abs, but not in the back.
I have found that by following the information and guidance provided by the author in this book that I personally seem to be able to do a few more ab exercises during each session, although admittedly I haven’t seen a lot of the waist melt off yet, but I suppose that has quite a bit to do with my hating to diet. I know, you have to do both in order to get the results.
I highly recommend this book along with The BackSmart Fitness Plan: A Total-Body Workout to Strengthen and Heal Your Back by the same author, Adam Weiss.

do crunches and leg lifts off the floor an slowly lower them together when u feel it pull ( ur abdomen) hold it for like count of 10 then lower that pull is those muscles in lower abdomen.. crunches is for upper abs.
Breast Feed.It;s not only best for the baby but the amount of calories it burns in 1 hour is around 1,000. That combined with the production of milk really works to tighten up the belly. It has someting to do with shrinking the uterus faster. I had two babies who were both breast fed and by my six week check I only had 10 lbs to go and an almost flat stomach.
