Today’s diet… I’m trying so hard for a flat stomach but I’m not sure if I’m eating alright?
I have 12% body fat and I’m working towards 7% by May. I am also 15 years old. I work out 5 times a week switching between cardio and weight lifting. Here’s an example of what I ate today.
Breakfast- Protein shake made with soy milk, 2 eggs (whites only), 60 calorie yogurt.
Snack- Fiber Plus granola bar (120 calories, 4g. fat, 7g. sugar)
Lunch- Banana, salad (light on ranch), carrots (light on ranch), and a buffalo chicken wrap (chicken, lettuce, light cheese, light ranch)
Snack- Apple
Dinner- Soft beef taco (all natural from farm beef, small amount of spanish rice, and lettuce)
I’m trying so hard to get this flat stomach. Is my diet sabotaging it?
Yeah im about the same as you. except im about 10% and trying to get to 7% so i can see my abs even more. yeah that sounds pretty healthy.
