What are safe effective ways to lose belly fat?
I am not overweight i just have more belly fat then i want and i want to lose it fast, what are some things to make it go away?

Unfortunately, there is no way to "spot lose" fat. You can gain stomach muscles by doing crunches but if you diet or do cardiovascular workouts, like jogging, it will lower the fat percentage of your entire body, which wouldn’t of course be a bad thing. The best advice I can give you is to eat better so you will automatically lose some body fat and then do some sit ups and crunches to get those muscles showing so your belly will look flatter and firmer.
Just do lots of cardio like running, jump roping or fast paced sports. Also try eating 5 meals a day with smaller portions of food. That keeps you energized but doesn’t over due it. This is basically what I do, along with 100 sit-ups and 50 push ups a day.
