I’d say the most important thing is your diet. There are a bunch of different ways to go about a diet. My suggestion would be avoid junk foods and drinks with a lot of sugar…that will probably lower your calorie intake…which is what you want.
The next most important thing is cardio. My favorite cardio workouts are: long distance running, timed interval running, treadmill, stationary bike, elyptical, jumping rope, and swimming. It might be good to take a day off on occasion to let your body rest.
Abdominal muscle workouts will help build the muscles under your stomach fat. Search google for "ab workouts" and I’m sure you can find enough of them.
Limit your calories, burn them off through cardio, then build up your ab muscles.

Go to Youtube and you will find some AWESOME workouts. On top of that its Cardio (ellipticle is the best) and a decent diet.
