What are ways the ballerinas can loose stomach fat that won’t make them bulk?
I need to know some ways to loose some stomach fat and some leg mass. I am getting a ring right above my hips of extra fat. Also my thighs from all the swimming I do are very muscular. Now I am a ballerina so I can’t be doing excericises that are going to make me look like a soccer player. Excercises and food suggestions would be good. I need some help looking like a ballerina again.
It’s because ballerinas and other dancers stretch. When you stretch and excercise, you’ll be lean.
Cut down all carbs (except vegetables) and add saturated fats to your diet. Eat half a stick of butter a day. Bacon and eggs in the morning. Virgin Coconut Oil burns fat. Stop eating grains! Wheat, corn, oats, make humans fat, especially wheat and corn!
